The Scribbler
I jumped on the turbo trainer for a 45 min pyramid session this morning but found it much harder to push myself than when I did the same session on the bikes at the gym. Options are limited at lunchtime, but there's a 30 min spin class I could get to. Or I could treadmill run or do some weights. Just trying to weigh up the best bet. I need 3 x run and 3 x bike/spin/turbo in a week.

Passed the 25 hour mark today, so all good so far. Been difficult this week though, the wife had a hip replacement on Tuesday and is still in hospital so I've had to work around the kids meaning sessions on the rollers in the kitchen and kettlebells in the living room. Can't let up now, whatever the excuse!

31:53. I'm up quite a lot but it's all running. And slow, so extra hours, which is good! Need to do more cross train though. :-)G

After a slow start I'm only 15 minutes behind target now and thinking I might have to increase my target. I'll see how things look in a couple of weeks.

Almost 20% of my training time so far is running. This is because I'm very slow
