Blimey, just a mere four and a half hours on the bike this weekend for me, up to 21:55 now so nicely on target.

48 hours? Bloomin heck GF, you're amazing. I'm on about 16 hours, with a 3.5 hour long run today. Rest day tomorrow. So a bit of gym. :-)G

I wondered if 720 hours might be too much of a stretch compared to previous years, so I added up last year's training time.
879 hours and 27 minutes.
Blimey! I had no idea. And that's with hardly any loggable exercise in January and February.

Wow! Is that with all the big bike rides V'rap? Bikists certainly seem to spend the most time out doing their sport! :-)G

It is, G. There's no way I'd get anywhere near that with running alone, or even running and a bit of gymmery. But it's very easy to go out and cycle for two hours, and in summer it's nothing to go out for an entire day with a couple of cake-stops.
Climbing also helps, since these sessions are usually around 3 hours, and in the past I've logged long days of hiking.

I'd based last year's target on getting a good bit more cycling done, so the crappy summer (and my unwillingness to take to two wheels in it) did for that.

I'm starting to think I would quite like an "hours of training" target option on the training page along with the bike, run and swim ones

I've ask the boy Fetch V'rap. It's in his "todo" / "wish" / "bucket" list.
I said generally too, wherever there is a "swim or bike or run or x-train" could there be a "everything total" option. For folk like us, who like to total up all the activities. Fingers crossed.
Go ask him again though all Total Trainers - let's Total Mob him :-)G
