Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

No way am I getting involved with an allotment Facebook page. Give the cantankerous fuckers another outlet to complain about me without ever lifting a finger to do anything themselves? No chance. And while we're about it, I'm busy the day of that meeting. And all the rest of them for the next year. They're bad enough without a bunch of techno-numpties being ignorant of how Facebook works but not letting that stop them from discussing it.

[Aw, Fleecy; please do :-). I think a FB page for your allotments would be a thing of wonder.]

[Fleecy, how many shitty jobs managing arseholes do you have? Please get a fb page, add us so we can spy, and then get a fake profile so you can give them some of your tongue-lashings.]

My dad is fine; if he weren't, he'd go to the doctor the first time he took a 'turn' and not wait till it happened again (and heaven knows how many times he isn't telling anyone about) and got dragged off by a doctor who was fortuitously there. I don't suspect he's had at least 2 strokes. I believe him when he says he'll slow down. It's handy living close so I can pop round if they need anything.

(My first thought was exactly the same as ex-ITG's.)

I really don't give a shit about tomorrow.

If I wasn't such a reliable person, with a good work ethic and compassion for my colleagues (other than leaving them in that hellhole), I would be phoning in sick tomorrow, rather than turning up for my last two days, when I know they'll be hell anyway, without being f*****g busy as well
