Clearly the youngsters stop turning out and it's the oldies that keep on plodding! I was good at not watch-watching today, but just kept an eye out for the usual suspects to guage pacing.

The U20 and Senior Women raced together (9km for both), the U20 men started with the Senior/Vets, but just did 3 laps rather than 4 , so also 9km for them. Regular league next week, then we skip a week before the South Of England Champs...
