Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

All the best BR and be positive, you have lots of fetchies there also and i know El bee is there, don't know what sort of time he is looking for following his mighty 3:11 a few weeks ago, but go in there positive and enjoy the weekend.

Don't put pressure on yourself but don't talk yourself out of it either, you need some good positive vibes to push you on when it starts to hurt, I always tell myself that the sooner I get there, the sooner i can stop!

eL Bee!
B Rubble - SO much of running a good marathon is in your mind!
Trust that you have done the training - and bang out those even miles
:)
Hopefully will get to wish you luck on Sunday in person.

I'm pacing for a sub 3:45, so you'll be finished, showered, and supping on a well deserved 'beer' by the time we come in
:)

Good luck BR. I'm no expert (far from it - still to break my marathon cherry), but you've put in the training and, I'm sure, you've got a plan in your mind - I'd say stick to it, run your own race and if you pace it anything like eL Bee! did Berlin I'm sure that the sub 3h15m will be in the bag!

Cheers JB. Yes I have a plan, hopefully I won't go off too fast or feel like I've blown it at 1/2 way like I did in Paris.

I am clocking out now and will stay in Dub tonight then hit Brussels tomorrow, and we will see how the run goes on Sunday. I try not think about how few miles I do compared to everyone else, I just hope it goes right on the day.

Have great races / runs, I look forward to swapping stories next week.
