Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

JB - stick to you plan, and you'll fly it!
and ignore what other people are doing.
Berlin shows that it works :) (Well - it did for me!) and you know yourself well enough to fine-tune on the hoof if you need to.
(Still trying to see whether I can pop over and cheer you in! - but don't think it's going to be possible :()

I would be over the moon if I was as quick as el Bee, but it should inspire us to do it.

JB - I would guess you're going to do quite well.

Skin of the teeth stuff, but I finished LNM in 3.14.52. I'm very pleased with that. I was banging out perfect 7.15 miles for the first 20 miles, heading for 3.10 but then the legs started to go and I was losing time rapidly. By 23 I was looking like finishing outside 3.15 but I managed to find something along the side of the River Ness and got a bit of speed back. The clock showed 3.15.18 when I finished so I had to wait on my chip time, which was texted to me as I travelled home. :)

Well run, davie. Good work making the effort at the end when tired. You got the reward for it.

Well done Davie, bit of inspiration for me at Leicester next Sunday. I'm all set for it after a 10 mile race at 90% effort yesterday (still got a PB). Hope to see you at Leicester eL Bee.
