A good building block for sure Oscar the Grouch Did you manage to get a buff yesterday? I was told they had run out when I went to find mine. I was a bit surprised as there were less than 800 runners and I think over a thousand had entered. Thank you ptr_runner so happy to have it done. |

Oh - no - rather forgot they were a thing, but they were certainly not offered. I left with a medal and a cup of water!

I did get two choccie bars with my medal but was surprised they had run out of buffs so quickly. My friend got one with her 3.31. Need to run faster 🤣

Maybe the chocolate bars were a replacement for the buff ? as I got handed two in serviettes when I asked for my buff from the stall my friend collected hers.
