Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm a day behind. Will go back and do the one I missed yesterday later on today.
I've also been doing some one-legged squats and heel raises, and lots of balancing on one leg.

I've got a pinched nerve! Not sure if I did it slipping on some leaves on the way home from work and then throwing myself into day 7.

Doing this to try to relieve it as it's painful:

A good one to start with is to lie on your back on the floor and gently rock your knees to your chest.

Day 10 done.
A friend said that it's easier to balance on one leg on a hard floor so I did the last set of deadlifts in the kitchen and it was more stable.

Must be why I struggle doing all balance drills on living room rug 😂

I'm giving myself a 7/10 for core and strength work right now which is a 700% improvement on what I was doing nor that long ago

Thanks Alpen, I read your recommendation after I'd used the video. The guy was spot-on about my piriformis and although the stretch was painful, I felt much better in the evening. In the morning I only had a residue of the pain with a twinge left now and some residual aches. Doing yoga tomorrow evening then will do the rest of it afterwards. Not attempting day 8 today.

Anyone else finding the new set of exercises for the 30 day challenge a huge step up. It's probably because my hip mobility is so dreadful, but I found them all so hard!

I missed yesterday as I had no time and have the day off today as I have a PT session later. I'm sure a break will do me good ;-) and I'll be back on it tomorrow with day 11 - promise. :)

Away from home. Might start on this when I get back, though.

TeeBee - are you taking about 7 onwards? I was aching after that day!

I've now got to have another day off and was told not to do yoga this evening. I had a biopsy earlier today and the doc told me to rest. I'm at work now but sat at a desk. I'm disappointed at these interruptions in my 30-day but back on it tomorrow.
