I am aiming to do some core 3 times a week not up to any of the standards in the links I don't think tho but I am doing my own little routine which will hopefully see me improve enough to attempt some them lol

1 min prone plank
30 secs side plank x2
30 secs crunches

30 secs reverse crunches
30 secs oblique crunches
1 min bicycle legs

and SUPERMAN!!!!!!! :-)

Basically legs at 90 degree angle and lift butt as high as you can in a controlled motion targets lower abs :-)

OK, gotcha. I was thinking something lying on floor, trying to crunch your back up or something?! Still an ab crunch, but raising legs/bum not torso. K. We do those in pump. I wish I were disciplined to do this 7 days a week (you can do this stuff 7 days, which you can't with leg or upper body stuff, apparently) but I tend to just do 3x at the gym. Never do it at home. Hmmm. :-)G
