Good running from lots of folks! Ale that's fantastic but you're nowhere near 80! Excellent run veloci, if only I could go that fast! Derby also well done! Second FV60 here at winlatter in a PW time of 34.58, no wonder you Lakeland runners are tough with a course like that! Then back to Keswick, mooched round the market and changed our shoes etc and up Skiddaw. Being passed by dozens of fell runners, felt our age! But better than the teenager being nagged by his parents who gave up just before the summit! Back for an ice cream amid the teeming hoards! Icy cold winds walking, warm in town. |
