Hi Another intermittent pop in from me - life & work seemingly taking over at the moment ! Still in 'getting back slowly' after Newport which was almost 3 weeks ago Track last Saturday and club speed set on Tuesday seem to have deadened my legs so every other run has been easy (but hard).... Was in Sheffield for some snooker Sunday-Tuesday which was good plus al fresco dining in the sunshine to boot. Today will be 4 miles easy before another track go tomorrow.... lyric - don't think so |
