I may well be out, also full of cold and feeling ropey, not sure 6km is doable today, going to try later, see how I fair 😞

Yeah, I might do, I did a short walk this morning, and squished my bug, and felt better for being outside, so hoping I might be able to feel better running later. However at the moment, sat at my desk, feeling like death warmed up, I can't see me managing 2km, let alone 6km!

My run today was one there's no way I'd have done without RtS. Had to take my car to have a new tyre, didn't think to wear running kit and go for a run while I was waiting, came home with just enough time to fit in 40 minutes of running, done, not with any grace or style. After having a very late finish at work one day last week I'm wary of leaving my runs till after work.

I seriously considered dropping out tonight, due to the horrible heat and humidity, but I decided it wasn’t worth the self-flagellation if I bailed for a flimsy excuse, as opposed to a valid reason, so I got myself out the door. Glad it was a relatively low mileage target, though.
Still in.
