I stubbed my toe *hard* running up the stairs this afternoon. Big toe right foot is bruised and quite painful :( . Glad we're on the short distances at the moment. Will try the 2k tomorrow and see how it feels...

TR, hope it's much better this morning, be careful, toes are funny things and can take a long time to heal of you don't treat them right early on.

I removed the temptation by doing a nice morning run, have a 10k virtual race this weekend and wanna push myself a little so today was a bit of a recovery day... Hope your toe is better this morning TR

Have done my 2k - but kept it strictly to a gentle 2k. Toe still aches and is an interesting shade of purple so will take it easy - am glad we're not at the 8 or 9k stage!

I’m back!! 1.5m done to test my foot. Still right across ankle but it’s ok otherwise. I think I may have overstretched it doing yoga last night as yesterday it felt brand new.

Still lots of massage and stretches and I’ll be good I’m sure.

1) Add the digits of the date together e.g 18th = 1+8 = 9km, 20th = 2+0 = 2km.

2) Run that distance on the relevant date to colour it in.
