Today was a tester. After a hard day yesterday and almost three hours of slogging round the roads on my MTB earlier today I'd normally have suggested a walk before tea, but I had this thing to do so I went out for a run instead. My legs were compliant but clearly tired and I didn't do much more than the 6km required. Tomorrow will be fine. I usually run on Mondays anyway. |

I taped my foot up before our walk and it helps I’ll get on the foam roller when I get home tomorrow and may book a sports massage as I’m sure it’s the calf that’s to blame. Darn you foot.
