I remember reading about the Wobbly Bridge in a book about mathematical mistakes. There was a whole section on resonate frequency and wobbly structures. In there was mentioned a building, again, I think in London, that was 're-named' the Walky Talky, then became the Shaky Talky or something.

No "said to" about it. The architect knew it could happen and designed around it - I don't remember if it was coatings on the glass or baffles to prevent reflections at those angles - but either way it got cut for costs during the building, needing an expensive and ugly refit afterwards to stop it happening. I think he used the software a friend of mine wrote for modelling laser shows to prevent reflections dazzling pilots or blinding passers by.
