Happy memories of today’s challenging running area.There was so little flat terrain around that it was necessary for me to learn how to nurdle up steep inclines superslowly for long stretches. It’s where I made peace with the concept of “run forever” effort, which I subsequently adopted for my initial long runs in each marathon training block since. The pic is from Feb 2018 which turned into a year of pb’s for me.

I try to tag my routes with a pic that captures the essence of the route or area for me, and many of other folks pics on here really draw me in to how it might feel to be in running them too😎
