I agree, any interval type session get an ace and if I do parkrun I'll count that for the T session even if it's not exact pace. I do thnk it will encourgae me to do more faster stuff, which is a good thing

I've been counting parkrun as my threshold session too; even if I have been doing it at fast than threshold pace!
Track tonight for intervals. No idea what we are doing as coach won't tell in advance - he doesn't want to scare anybody off! I think after last week's "easy" comment we could be in for a tough one...

My interpretation of the sessions is loose ..... I've given myself aces when I feel they have fulfilled the spirit of the session even if the detail has not been exact.

I did intervals and long run in week 1 and opted to play a joker as my body didn't feel up to a threshold run. I need to work on my core of I'm going to be doing harder sessions so that I don't get injured so I've started doing some yoga. i think this week I'll probably do either intervals or lsr mid week and if family plans allow I'll do a threshold at parkrun on Saturday.

Track last night was 5x1k on a ten minute cycle.
Happy with my consistent times which where about ten seconds faster than I thought they'd be.
Second ace of the week played!

Session two today, intervals.
Only did 8 x 400m since that's as many as I can manage at the moment. First time I've done more than six since about 2011.
