Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Blimey. George makes it look so easy! I managed the side planks only with knee down. I was a bit a hey before I started, from yesterday, and now bits of me are screaming.
Alice, what have you got me into!

"Yeah, so you just do a plank, roll over, then over here, then I'll just balance my whole body weight on my little finger whilst juggling some radish with my feet."

I may have a little man-crush on George.

Trying today's set after dinner (which is rather late tonight)

Just remembered to squeeze in my planks tonight, after work, class and a burrito! Luckily I didn't barf. Side planks with the support from one knee, otherwise I definitely would have barfed.
