The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Right so I'm a day behind as no CW I wasn't doing both sets today!!

My first attempt then totalled 3.05, not exactly setting the heather on fire.
30P/15R x 3
20P/25R x 2
30P/15R
20P/10R

Apart from my shaky core it was my shoulders that burned the most since I did a wee upper body weights session this morning.

Since the lovely George will be sending daily emails from the day I started I guess I'll always be one day behind. This is not a good thing on two counts, first of all I'll have 24 hours of terror as you lot kill me tales of the horror of that day's work out and when you are all rested and enjoying effortlessly standing upright I'll still have a day to do :-o
