If they have a decent spread, you don't need as many. Looking at our scanners on Saturday, one scanned around 60 or so finishers, another scanned 11 or so, another was similarly low...

Now I've got just about enough volunteers to put the run on, but am still short about 6 roles that we could do with. I am past being jolly in my emails now. It's too boring and tiring. Perhaps we won't do NYD if it's going to be like this.

Planning to volunteer on Saturday if I get a pass to get out of the house...
