Gits.

On the basis that its always good when someone else funds your hobby, I'd be delighted if a ton of parkrun enthusiasts bought into that idea and helped to keep parkrun free at the point of use!

I know you shouldn't need recognition for volunteering, but then neither should you need it for running 50 / 100 / 250 parkruns. Some people will wear all brands of parkrun t-shirts with a "look at me, I'm great" point of view. But as someone who rarely volunteers (and feels a tad guilty about it - something I can sort out readily enough) the fact that I can see which people have given up nearly half a year of Saturday mornings to support me running is actually a good thing.

I do have an apricot vest which I wear sometimes for tourism but I've never worn my 50 T (though that's partly because I hate Ts too...) and the volunteer one may have been worn once. My old workplace gave our parkrun £250 in recognition of the time I put in volunteering. Which was nice.
