Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

🤞 Jaks

Found tools to undo tap. We have odd taps, had to change a set during COVID as unable to get a washer so kept the old ones so I had a spare washer. I can’t undo the old ones to get to the washer so unable to change the washer in the slightly drippy tap
I fear another new set

Hair cut, last of the shopping done now to finish the housework … mam currently waiting to drop soup off for her elderly neighbour who is not answering the door - always a drama.

Crikey @riggys99 no wonder you have an achilles problem, the new shoes are much prettier. :)

I laughed at LG's post earlier as I thought back to the conversation on "What really grinds your gears?" thread yesterday.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
