Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I wore jazzy leggings and long sleeved running top to my appointment at the eye clinic yesterday. Given that the average age of patients there is at least 80+ I like to give the impression I'm not just another "old person". It didn't work - I still felt treated like just a number 😟

Sometimes telling myself I can wear as many clothes as I want is what gets me out of the house for a run. On a really cold day I look like a tumbleweed that's rolled through the clothing collection bank.

I think that's a very wearable look Vrap! 3 layers at track last night, hat & gloves, long tights - never really warm!

Just looked at the typical temperatures in Valencia in December. No wonder the tutor laughed when I told him I'd be logging into the class wearing my bikini two weeks from now.

We have a fair bit of snow and the postie has just passed with his shorts on.

We need to tidy the garage so I can store the wood for the summer house so not sure OH will be up for that today…I shall put on my puppy dog eyes.

Washing on. Then found a solitary sock laughing at me from the bathroom floor, so annoying 😑

No snow, but first real frost of the year meant the horse chestnut tree has dropped 80% of it's leaves.
Now raked up, while they were all in one place on the lawn, into 2 big garden skip bags.
Maybe another trip to the dump after a run.

Our coldest day so far this winter and I have 2 boiler repair vans parked outside my kitchen window. Not sure which of my neighbours are having problems but vans have been there 2 hours already 🥶

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
