No pics cos she "hadn't done her hair!" but it was lovely - mostly still, sun, cold, but great fun. She was at back of canoe so learning steering. Nailed it! G

Experienced paddler here, in fact I've been doing more paddling than running recently. White Water kayak coach, Flat water Canoe Coach Lowland Search and Rescue paddle search technician trainer (and kayak team leader within a Lowland Recue team) I remember almost everyone posting!
