At the van for a few days so making the most of it. Yesterday was long run day with around 15 miles but at high tide so beach running was limited

Today was medium long run day so 10 miles at low tide with plenty of beach running. Quite a blustery day today pace was all over the place. Great couple of days running (and dog walking so loads of time on feet).
One more run on beach tomorrow before back home and work

Trust 10k on Sunday morning. Wasn’t sure what to expect as I had been disappointed with my virtual mile and 5k times recently. This morning was totally different. Wanted to get under 42 minutes and managed 41:20 and finished first (normally 5th or 6th ish) that was probably due to the Chesterfield 10k having some of the faster runners there. Took the lead around 2.5k so the rest of the race was a solo run. Perhaps would have been a little quicker if running with someone.

Excellent effort riggsy
