Nice running everyone

2 runs today - morning run very way z1 run just over 3 miles in the wind and rain to call at chemist for my meds

Evening run 5 miles with 4 miles in z2 in much nicer weather

Great running everyone.

10.3 for me this morning,tackling the 2 main climbs of the half & icy footpaths.
Nice image as I crossed 2 waters way of the low moon reflected on the high water as geese swam by.

After a 5.65 mile run yesterday where my back was playing up I just to parkrun to run. Sub 30 in perfect conditions so I’m chuffed. Still starting to far back so need to rectify that.
