4.5 miles slow this afternoon. Went well until I felt a "movement".

Luckily a Tescos with toilets was nearby ☺

The dogs needed to go out & so did I. Fully kitted up, went out on the hill in the snow. Tried to keep the madder dog close, which became quite taxing, blowing the whistle lots & lots, but it worked. the snow was not very deep and it was quite muddy underneath, so it became hard going. Cold and windy on the top. :-)

12.3 mile run - just got back before it started snowing. Went out at 5.30 am and ran over four miles in pitch darkness, getting blinded by the occasional car with its beams on.
