Inspired by the Christmas Cheese thread and the 50 Fruit and Veg in 2022 thread, how many different types of cheese can you eat in 2022?
I've had a rummage in the fridge and so far I have consumed -
(Valley Spire) Medium Cheddar (Tesco) Red Leicester (Tesco) Shropshire Blue (Shepherds Purse) Harrogate Blue (Tesco) Neufchatel (Aldi) Spicy Cheddar (Aldi) Wensleydale with cranberries (Milbona) Cream cheese
I make that 8 varieties so far!
I have some more in the fridge to go at too
Inspire me with your cheese adventures.

Ooh! I'm not sure of some of them. Christmas cheeses from Neal's Yard:
Baron Bigod Colston Bassett stilton Westcombe cheddar A small very gooey French one! Sparkenhoe red Leicester Montgomery cheddar A pyramidal ash-covered goat's cheese (maybe Blackmount?)
plus Camembert - usually Tesco I think Fresh French goat's cheese Ordinary (Cathedral City) cheddar Emmental Comte Gruyere St Agur Parmesan Pecorino Halloumi Mozzarella Mascarpone in a cheesecake I made!
