Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Just today, my Garmin has started giving me numbers for stride length, vertical ratio, vertical oscillation and ground contact time. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with that information :-O

I have the RD pod so at some point might test if the wrist measurements are different. Can't say I really use the data but I do like the fact cadence responds more accurately with the pod.

The fixing of auto LT detection is the update I'd like to test.

My HRV is up again and Garmin is back to suggesting fatigue and needing more recovery

I think I'm confusing it by sleeping well

Mine has been giving me that for about a month - runwalk confuses it!

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
