A coin worth 48 looks like it is inside the walls of HMP Lincoln if anyone is desperate...

It would be good if you could arrange for upsets like you losing all your points as above not to happen.
At the moment I feel as if the game is too much like pinball - lose concentration for a second and you lose the game - and not supporting appropriate training.
Not that I can't see the attraction of pinball.
Conquersize-owning encourages us to run around our base location while Conquersize-explore encourages us to enjoy more of the world. Can you arrange this game so that there's encouragement to run away from home? Maybe double-value coins for any that are a few miles away?
I *Know" it's only a game, but it has to be a good one and fair. And IMO it has to ensure that all players accumulate points faster than they lose them.

Corona - if you've run within the last three days, you still get a daily sprinkling of coins with an average value of around 5000 credits. Compare that to a worst-case bug fine of a few hundred credits (for a player in a densly-Fetchied area), and it's not really all that harsh on rest days.

how about getting your "passport" stamped for runs in different areas and the more stamps the more points for those of us who don't always run round our home location

Chris - as per my previous post, there's a relatively small penalty each day for bugs, but an inbuilt guard that rewards runners with vastly more markers if they've run within the last three days.
As for encouragement to run distance, I think bugs and relay markers do that, and as I've said, there will be more marker types in the future, *and* the rules are still subject to testing.
As for it being fair (or not), I think the majority of people who've successfully uploaded a run have wiped out any deficit, and a quarter of players are in positive credit. The leaderboard is perhaps not an accurate reflection of the number of active players, being somewhat overstated - because plenty of people have pre-registered for the game, and as it only really started about 36 hours ago, not everyone will have been for a run yet.

Thanks for the thought you've put into this game.
For me, having only a quarter with a positive score isn't the right feel - though the TV game where scores range from about -28 to +5 seems successful enough.

Are your bugs picking up? I planned a run specifically to get 4 bugs and 3 were pretty much over the top of them when I compared maps but none picked up. Bit disheartened!
