Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Our local church does have stained glass, but w.e.f tomorrow you're only allowed in for private worship. I don't really think 'Fetch Treasure Hunt' fits that reason :-)

Is there not still the house with a car or forklift on top of it opposite the Kerloch Lesley?

The Kerloch hasn't existed for quite a while, and the car/forklift is definitely not there. I have a few ideas that I need to check out.

Just thinking back must be 20+ years since it shut, I vaguely remember being there the night it closed. My ex brother in law and his uncle were the resident djs.

A good 'easy' list for me to get this month (or was it just 5 runs so far?), so a relatively early submission. Thanks Elsie Too!

Just the roof to get... I'm not sure how interesting it is, but I have a plan. Might be interesting to all you johnny foreigners because I don't think you have many like this.

The roof will be my most difficult one I think. If we could get to the seaside I could think of several contenders, but, y'know, lockdown... I'll just have to be creative :-)

July - JamieKai chameleon
Not just a Treasure Hunt, but a Quest!

With 8 stages, a pic/story for each ...

1. Safe Haven - not necessarily a home but a place for your adventure to begin

2. A town / market / bazaar - adventurers need supplies

3. A well-trodden road - somewhere you regularly go

4. The monument - somewhere to ask for fortune during your quest - any memorial/statue/obelisk will do

5. The road less-travelled - a more dangerous place that you have never or rarely been

6. The Forest of Doom/ Dungeon of Despair - onward to glory!

7. The Final Battle - let imagination go

8. The Treasure - what we were fighting for all along

What does it all mean?

Who knows (other than JK) ? - it's in your hands to develop and deign your quest and supply the pics.

JK does say he'll be on hand if you have questions.
