Well done all! A 36:26 5k for me this morning, pleased with that. Thought it might be tricky after yesterday's vaccination, but I actually feel absolutely fine, just a small slightly tender spot on my arm where the jab went in.

I got a 5k SB in today’s virtual 10k race so I’m claiming that as my fake parkrun time for this week.
35:52 compared to 36:38 for last week’s 5k run.

It looks like I need to reduce my target time for the return of parkrun in June, down from 35 minutes.
