Thing is, I've returned 6 negative LFTs, including on the same day as going for the PCR test that was positive. I booked the PCR as I started to feel rough (no real cough, no change to smell or taste- but body aches, sore throat, stinking headache and a very mild fever) Unlike my OH I am able to WFH, assuming I am well enough to do so. Already spent a week indoors, now have another week and a bit to go!!

Today we have Pfizer and are boosting anyone over the age of eighteen who is at least three months post second vaccination as well as doing first and second vaccinations. Those of you who work at vaccination centres will have an idea of what my shift has been like! We have been advertising on local radio and FB as well as asking anyone attending to contact anyone they know who is eligible to encourage them to come. Looking forward to my long shift tomorrow................ cackleberry - hope neither of you gets too ill.

I have a blood donation slot booked for the morning of 23 Dec, but I’ve just had a notification that my booster is booked in for lunchtime that day (so only about 3 hours later). Would it still be okay to donate, or should I cancel the donation slot?
