Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I`m trying to get to 4000 metres in 15 minutes. I`ve just started 500 metre sprints. Try 3x 500 metre sprints. My times were 1.36, 1.46 & 1.53.
I`ve managed to get my 2000 metre time in at 7.28.1.

I think these times are ok but would like to hear your thoughts.......:)

My thought are ... bloody awesome. Well done WC. Be careful with the sprints though. Unless you have worked up to it gradually rowing has the potential to wreck your back if you do silly macho things. I wish I could manage 2000 in 7:28.

Now the last time I spelled faffing while doing a silent P (as in bath) I got severely ribbed. Faffing is apparently spelt f-a-f-f-i-n-g and not p-f-a-f-f-i-n-g. I prefer the silent P, I have to admit.
