Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'll give this a spin tomorrow.

I used to do 2000 in 19m20s, at level 9 (rarrgh).

Wont be able to do anything like that now, but I like the challenge and need to do more cross training.

Not bad given I haven't rowed in ages.

I shall be back for more.

I'm not sure my withered upper body could cope with 15 mins of rowing! Might give it a try next week, but I expect the worst!

I find rowing a bit boring, but this has added the necessary spice to make it interesting.
That and the girl opposite who really should have been wearing a bigger top.

Come to my gym where you have to face the window and just your reflection, that'll keep you concentrated on getting done as quickly as possible!

Why does my gym have the rowers pointing inwards rather than out at the lovely gardens? Think I might have a word with the staff! I thought I was OK at rowing, but being nearly bottom of the list has put me firmly in my place! :-)G
