credit to this thread for getting me to clear off the dust from the rower after what must be more than 10yrs inactivity. actually the first job was to clean up the mess from the battery leak that had occurred. credit to concept though cos it still worked fine, didnt even have to oil the chain. 15mins later had managed to cover 4044m, which wasnt too far away from what i used to do, so was quite pleased, but it was 15mins of unrelenting agony. it might well be another 10yrs before i have another go.

I'm too pooped from snot infestation an getting quite hacked off by it now gggrrrrr
Hopefully next week I'll feel better enough to try.... Last time I was on the rower I just remember thinking I don't want to be doing that too often.... Sure that was about 3 years ago
