Nice one SoaPM.
If this header list gets any longer we'll have to think of another way of listing it.
My cold is still bothering me - but hope to have another go before the week is out.

I haven't tried this yet! Tomorrow... suffering with a chesty cough at the mo, which isn't the best state to be in for rowing.

I'll definitely be having my first go tomorrow night.
Are the tactics like a 5k, and to go out slightly too fast at the start, hang on in the middle, then try and sprint for the line?
Do we get extra points for vomming?

Tactics are same as a 5K - go out too fast, keep going, keep going, hope you aren't going to die, and big push for the finish. Vomming is essential and extra points can be gained!

In a few months I expect to be last on the list as both PH and Pesto have better 5K times than me, you just need to row more girls! Effort level should be somewhere like running a 5K too hard all the way!
