Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I have Ronhill shorts with a back pocket big enough for my iPhone SE. Also a massive fan of Flipbelt.

Thank you all. It looks like a choice between Flipbelt and Pulse (and there's also a High Pulse, slightly more capacious).

I have a flipbelt too. Also takes gels or a small collapsible water bottle.

I gave away my Flipbelt, hated it, mostly as it was too hot. Back to using a small bumbag.

I use compression shorts for chaffing and make sure they also have a pocket in at least one of the legs. Never had any issues at all with this way of carrying my phone. On longer runs, my camelback hydration vest has great front pockets in them, too. But you really can't go wrong with the compression shorts. UnderArmor and Nike are the ones I use.

Naked and mont blanc, similar but Naked has dividers, seems to do the trick.
I love my Naked running band.

^ This chap lives locally to me. I like to recognize the locations when he's outside, usually just up the road by the tidal pool or on the coastal path. It's brilliant running terrain.

If I'm wearing kit which doesn't have pockets, I use my Buddy Pouch.

Cool :)

About This Thread

Maintained by Muttley
Seeking advice on the best way to do this. I've tried armbands and waistpacks in the past but they were bargain basement cheapies so doubtless there's better out there. I've seen adverts for vest-type holders as well. I've got a couple of hydration vests but the pockets aren't big enough. Phone is a Xiaomi.

Quick access would be ideal. I got bitten by a dog this morning and it would have been good to take a photo of it and its owner.
