not me, I don't recognise any of your reported bullshit, nor do I have many egregious examples to share.

Surely the staff survey results just need to be recalibrated, like inflation statistics, to get the result they want.

Multiplying by -1 is very obviously a way of cheating. I expect it's perfectly legitimate to square everything.

Define neutral responses as positive, define non-responses as neutral and, hey presto, you have a majority favourable outcome.

We didn't get any neutrals :-o I think it was about 90% 'I want to torch the company' and 10% 'I want to watch someone torch the company'

Statistics like that may quite possibly be unspinnable...

We regret to advise that the methodology used by our partner proved to be inappropriate and we will therefore be unable to produce or rely on any outputs. Rest assured that the next survey will be designed to ensure a more positive outcome.

Duches.... the job is yours if you want it. And indeed, if I had any power to grant it.
