I would eat so much cheese and develop the girth of a parmesan. Early swim for me today then I will find some time to go to the church for a wee reflection as it is 5 years since I lost my dad. I can still feel the moment my mum told me when I was sitting in the car at the airport.

Met my Dil there as she was squeezing in a workout . So proud of her with her commitment to her weight loss/gym work. She was doing some frame weights and I couldn't even get it off the floor 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😂
