Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

There’s always next parkrun ER.

Hope the music is less painful.

Yay, 63.12% WAVA at parkrun today!

Admittedly, it's a very flat course.

Well done Columba.

The music was a little painful WW, but a nice bit of Texas blues needs to be loud 😀

Another 61% at my 5 mile race this morning gives me Coyote standard. That's the highest standard I've ever had :) :)

Only managed 57% this morning, but on a very hilly course wasn’t expecting much more than that. Over 10 minutes faster than my last off road 10K so really pleased with that. Flat 5K on Wednesday so will see if I can improve on my season best

Well done LindsD. Not sure what my standard will have to go check.
