I did my wall sit while I waited for the Scotsman to post day 2. It seemed easier than yesterday, maybe because I was not attempting to take a selfie.

I started with gusto on my mountain climbers and soon thought: "that must be nearly 45 sec." It was not. It was 15 seconds.

This is going to kill me by day 12.

Hmm, now to figure out how to adapt this to work with a dodgy left wrist.

Adaption my PT gave me is to do them standing, lifting each knee as high as you can with core engaged.
