About Me
Decided to do more exercise than twice weekly aerobics, wanted to get fitter, ditch the fags and lose some weight, cos I'd hit my 30's, and so started running in 2000. First run, I didn't make it 2 minutes up the road, turned back and went home. So anything after that was, and is, an achievement! Smoke free and fitter now but not lost much weight. Now running's just a total addiction! Really love running...too much, probably!
