Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

AngeM Not done this one before and I'm not sure how I'll be for this, training's been a bit punctuated for the last couple of months, mainly a lack of long runs... I did the Bungay Great East Run and it was much harder work than I thought it should have been, if that makes the sense. Still if oldbiddy says it's lovely, then it'll be nice to run the route, if nothing else. :0)

UPDATE: Watch time: 1:50:29. Training was suggesting 1:48:30 finish but OMG, that was hard work! The rain was okay but the wind...! I was getting blown sideways on some parts of the course. Bleuuggh! The wind in the last mile was awful-a guy, finishing at the same time as me, said to me that the last mile was the worst he'd ever run (with regard to the wind). I think I decided at mile 6 that I'd take this a fast training run and not a race to get a PB because of the wind. It is a pretty course though, with a few undulations, the marshalls and volunteers were brilliant too. Nice to say hello to oldbiddy too.
