Set off with sub 1:30 pace group. Felt quite good so pushed on from around 3.5 miles but did slow a little on off road section. Sub 1:30 group caught up with me when we got on the Meridian pathway so tucked in with them till finish. Legs felt good all way around course.
Knew I would slow on off road part so pleased to have gained some time before. Happy with how I paced the run overall.
