How did it go? Rapid start and then a bit of a struggle?
Hard to pace in “new” conditions.
Well run anyway.
That was a hot one
Didn’t know what pace to start at so went a bit quicker than Shinfield pace. Soon realised that wasn’t happening and began damage limitation. It must have been the hottest day of the year - not ideal for speed! Hoping I managed just to sneak 70% WAVA.
Yeah running on a hot day is a bit of a shock to the system. You did well to manage your effort. Really glad I forgot to enter 😄
