Jonesy the Jog wrote: Yep spot on. I think Garmin did me dirty on the speeds for the sprints, I'm sure I was going faster than that! After the first couple I realised that I needed to start earlier to get a better result but still got nowhere near the 2.45 target. I think I'll modify the workout in the future 10s is too short to measure with GPS and I can hold good form for 20-30s which is the point right?29th Aug 2024, 7:57pm
