Pocket parkrun - only a few minutes drive away from my mum and dad’s house which was nice. And they came along to watch us as well 😃
Nice course with a lot of variety and had I not walked a little in the 4th km I might have been under 30 minutes. But happy with my time and performance this morning plus the sun shone!
