Much mud and steps, a closed footpath and a bit of trespassing

Active root in one flask, hi5zero in the other- both tasted of dishwasher powder so didntdrink much of either
Square Voom square chia chew.

Full pack, carried poles in case of knee issues but didn't use them - might have helped in some of the muddier bits though!l
