Netherhall 10. Perfect conditions - a bit cold, dry, sunny, minimal breeze. Huge course best, but I expected that. 73% age grade, with which I'm pleased. But I should really be recording closer to 7 minutes for the downhill miles.

that's about halfway between "dream-target not happening" and "that'll do" time -reckon that's a fine result :) Very good run.

Thanks! I'd have taken that time without hesitating if it had been offered to me on the start line. Definitely lost my descending edge, though.
